Description: Functioning on the same principle as the Arc Pistol, the Arc Rifle fires medium-range streaks of forked electricity towards anyone you choose, and can generally chain them through people. It works by channelling electricity down a lightning-rod like rail, then propelling it from the 'barrel'. The battery is integrated and can be recharged by hand-pumping, but only when the tank is TOTALLY drained.
Miscellaneous Notes: Experimental and highly volatile.
